Web Accounts System Has Been Disabled
The Web Accounts system has been disabled by the administrator.
The login system should not even be appearing at this point. If you are here, it means that you
have most probably tried to use an old left-over page in your browser that did not get cleared out but still had the login
box at the top. This error also requires the system to have been working before,
but your administrator has recently disabled the Web Accounts system through
setup file ptools-init.dat.
If you believe this to be the case, you will not be able to use the Web Accounts Login and Preferences system,
but you need take no further action.
If you do not believe this to be the case, please see your system administrator.
